The Colombian international has hit 26 goals in all competitions this season, establishing himself as one of the most dangerous finishers in the Spanish top flight.
This superb form in front of goal has saw him attract big interest from United and other clubs, with the Red Devils now described as the main contenders to land the prolific forward, according to the Metro.
United have struggled with their current options up front for so much of this season, with on-loan front-man Radamel Falcao not at his best since joining from AS Monaco, while Robin van Persie has struggled with injuries and form as he looks somewhat past his best.
This could make Bacca an ideal signing for the club, as he looks the real deal after so many fine goalscoring displays this term.
Speaking about his future, he said: “We know that Sevilla are a selling club and we have to bear that in mind.
“But I am happy here and I am one hundred percent focused on what remains this season.
“Everything is in the hands of the directors and the coaching staff, whether or not they count on me [for next season].”
