Manchester United star and former Sir Alex Ferguson favourite keen to join exodus

Manchester United star Rafael is keen to join Galatasaray, reports Turkish-Football.

The Brazilian has become surplus to requirements at Old Trafford, with Antonio Valencia being prefered by Louis van Gaal. With Matteo Darmian now having joined the club from Torino, he will be even further down the pecking order.

The 25-year-old made just 11 appearances for the Red Devils last season, and may want to move on  in order to get some more first team football. Having been left out of United’s squad for their pre-season tour of the USA, it would seem his manager wouldn’t be too unhappy if he left.
