Newcastle United are reportedly looking to appoint the West Ham United leads scout Delroy Ebanks.
The two clubs have been at loggerheads regarding a number of players in the recent windows and it seems that the Magpies are now looking to lure a reputed scout away from the London club.
Both clubs were keen on signing players like Sven Botman and Lucas Paqueta in recent windows.
While Newcastle and West Ham were at a similar level a few seasons ago the Magpies are now one of the richest clubs in the world following the takeover and they are looking to put together a squad capable of taking them back to the top of English football.

Meanwhile, West Ham are fighting for a place in the Premier League. It’s clearly difficult for West Ham to compete with the Magpies now.
Newcastle are well placed to secure Champions League qualification and it is no surprise that they have managed to lure Delroy Ebanks away from West Ham.
