Juventus has denied reports suggesting PSG’s Zlatan Ibrahimovic could be set for a return to the club according to Forza Italia.

Reports in recent weeks have suggested that the Swedish striker could make a return to Serie A with the Old Lady as the club seek to bring in attacking reinforcements this summer.

The Serie A side are reportedly keen to make a marquee signing as they look to re-establish themselves amongst the European elite.

The club have already confirmed that Atletico Bilbao’s Spanish forward Fernando Llorente will join the club at the end of the season but it is thought Juventus are keen to partner him with a top-name centre-forward.

Ibrahimovic’s future at PSG has come under increased speculation in recent weeks with reports suggesting the player is already disillusioned with life in France after less than a season at the club.

The player has been linked with the likes of Bayern Munich and it was thought that Juventus were about to join the race for the player’s signature.

Juventus official John Elkann has poured cold water on the speculation however suggesting that Ibrahimovic could disrupt the side’s dressing room atmosphere.

Ibrahimovic left Juventus for Inter Milan in 2006 after the club were relegated following the Italian match-fixing scandal.
