Serie A champions Juventus have agreed a fee with Manchester United for the transfer of Portuguese winger Nani, according to the Daily Star.

Although he started in Saturday’s 1-0 home defeat to Sunderland, Nani has only featured in 11 Premier League matches this season and his Old Trafford career appears to be coming to an end.

Nani, who missed a significant chunk of the season with a hamstring injury, still has four years remaining on his current contract.

However, the Daily Star report that Juve have been successful with a cut-price bid and that the 27-year-old is poised to pen an £80,000-a-week deal with the Turin giants.

Since joining the Red Devils from Sporting Lisbon in July 2007, Nani has scored 40 goals in 228 club appearances.

He has won four Premier League titles at Old Trafford, as well as one League Cup, one Champions League and one FIFA Club World Cup.

His best season in England was the 2010-11 campaign, which saw him bag 10 goals and feature in the PFA Premier League Team of the Year, as well as being named as United’s Players’ Player of the Year.
