The once imperious Morocco defender endured a tough evening when faced with OL’s Franco-Algerian prospect

Admittedly, many a strapping centre-back has struggled with the young France prospect this season, but El-Kaoutari was given a particularly uncomfortable time.
His defensive partner Hilton could have supported him more, perhaps, but El-Kaoutari was guilty for leaving too much space for Fekir to operate in.
The Algerian tormented El-Kaoutari throughout and eventually the game ran away from the Moroccan, who was booked for his troubles after a foul on Fekir on 28 minutes.
Fortunately for the regal Moroccan centre-back-he won’t have to face too many players of the quality of Fekir for the rest of the season!
