Juventus set to rival Real Madrid, Liverpool for exquisite playmaker and Jurgen Klopp favourite

According to reports, Juventus remain keen on signing Borussia Dortmund midfielder Ilkay Gundogan, who has been tipped for a move to Liverpool.

The Old Lady were keen on the playmaker both during the summer and in January, although on both occasions—for various reasons—the Italian giants fell short in their attempts to sign the Germany international.

According to Tuttosport [as per Goal], Juve remain keen on Gundogan, and are keen to attempt to move for him at the next possible occasion, hopefully making it three times in a row.

However, Juve are set to face considerable competition for the 25-year-old.

Liverpool have long been linked to the midfielder, who came to prominence under Jurgen Klopp at Dortmund, and has been hotly tipped for a move to rejoin his ex-mentor at Anfield.

Arsenal, Real Madrid, Manchester United and Manchester City are all also said to be keen on the midfielder, although it remains to be seen whether any of the quartet will look to compete with Liverpool or Juventus.
