You may well never had heard of him – unless you are Estonian – until recently, but you should soon see his name on a Premier League teamsheet because Ragnar Klavan arrived in Liverpool today for a medical ahead of a £4.2m move to Anfield.
The fee was reported by Sky Sports, who claim the 30-year-old captain of Estonia will be signed, sealed and delivered by Wednesday.

Meanwhile this picture – showing Klavan outside a hospital – is doing the rounds on Twitter, with The Mirror using it as evidence to show that Klavan was on Merseyside today for his medical.
Klavan has been on the books at Augsburg since 2012, making 125 league appearances for the Bundesliga side.
He is currently assigned the no.5 squad number at Augsburg.
No.5 is currently free at Liverpool, having been vacant since Daniel Agger departed at the end of the 2014-15 season.
