Brazilian’s £25m DREAM Chelsea move “broken”

Real Madrid’s Brazilian ace has joined the ranks of players claiming they have a “dream” in moving to a certain, oddly wealthy, club. However, after weeks and weeks of speculation, it looks as though another transfer saga is coming to an end.

Chelsea will not succeed with a £25m bid for Real’s attacking forward and his dreams are “broken” as the Spaniards refuse to sell.

Robinho has been hankering to be reunited with ex-Brazil coach Big Phil Scolari since he was unveiled at Stamford Bridge back in July. However, Los Blancos have taken a leaf out of Manchester United’s book and not budged on their “he aint going anywhere” stance.

Robinho’s agent, Wagner Riberio, has done everything he can to engineer the move from saying that his client is being used as a makeweight for a Ronaldo move to being undervalued by the Spanish champions, but it looks as though the powers that be at the Santiago Bernabéu have made all that hard work ultimately pointless:

The dream of Chelsea is broken because Real Madrid will not even negotiate. It is impossible to advance any conversation.

However, Riberio has not given up on the idea of a summer move to Chelsea, stating that 2009 may be the time to aim for:

Next summer we will sort out the situation if people can show some sense.
