Striker admits his future is uncertain.
Edinson Cavani has put a number of top clubs on alert after admitting his future is currently uncertain according to The Mirror.
The Uruguayan striker has been in scintillating form this season, attracting the attention of a host of top European clubs.
Cavani’s goals have fired Napoli into second place in Serie A and the forward currently sits top of the league’s top scorers chart.
The likes of PSG, Real Madrid, Chelsea and Manchester City have all been linked with the player’s signature.
The player has a release fee clause in his contract believed to be in the region of £60 million and Napoli are bracing themselves for summer bids they would be powerless to resist.
The club’s President, Aurelio De Laurentis, has said he is desperate to keep Cavani in Naples and the player’s agent responded by insisting Cavani is open to another season in Serie A.
But the player may well have his head turned should one of Europe’s top clubs come knocking, especially considering the uncertain future of Napoli manager Walter Mazzarri.
The Napoli boss has been linked with a move away from the club in recent weeks and it is thought Cavani may be tempted to follow him out of the exit door should the Italian manager depart the Italian club.
