Argentine striker considering his options.
Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain has put a number of clubs on alert after hinting he could leave the club at the end of the season according to Sky Sports.
Higuain is thought to be unhappy with life at the Spanish giants after finding his first team opportunities this season limited.
He finds himself behind French international Karim Benzema in the Bernabeu pecking order and is rumoured to be keen to secure a move away from the club.
It has been suggested that Higuain is keen to find first team football as he looks to establish himself in the Argentina squad for next summer’s World Cup finals tournament in Brazil.
Higuain’s first time opportunities are likely to be even more restricted next season with Madrid having been linked with a number of high profile strikers including Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero, Napoli’s Edinson Cavani and Atletico Madrid’s Radamel Falcao.
Higuain is likely to find himself with no shortage of offers should he become available.
Arsenal and Tottenham have been strongly linked with the player’s signature in recent weeks while reports in Italy have suggested that the likes of Inter Milan and Juventus are also considering making a summer bid for the player.
