United winger could be set for Parc des Princes switch.
Manchester United midfield player Luis Nani may depart Old Trafford at the end of the season and join big-spending Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint-Germain, according to reports in the Daily Mail.
The Portugal international has endured his worst season to date in the North-West, featuring in only 10 Premier League games so far this campaign, and just 17 matches in all competitions, both a record low for the wide man since joining the Red Devils from Sporting Lisbon for €25.5m six years ago.
And, the nadir for the Portugal international came in the club’s FA Cup last-eight replay against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge last month, when Nani was given a rare start on the wing by head coach Sir Alex Ferguson.
However, the 26-year-old repaid his manager’s faith in what was a crucial fixture for United by turning in a limp display, before the Scot hauled him off during the second half as the visitors went on to lose the tie.
Now all that needs to be done is for United and the Parisians to agree fee for the player, with a figure in the region of £15m likely to secure Nani’s services.
