Marco Verratti insists he is happy with life in the French capital.
Marco Verratti has denied reports linking him with a move away from the club, according to talkSPORT.
The Italian midfielder has been highly impressive for PSG since signing last summer from Pescara. Verratti was signed as a hot prospect for the future but has already forced himself into the club’s starting line up.
Verratti has played an integral role in the club’s Champions League campaign which saw them reach the tournament’s quarter final stages before eventually being knocked out on away goals by Barcelona.
His performances have not gone unnoticed with a number of top European sides reportedly taking an interest in the player.
Juventus were thought to be keen to bring the player back to Italy while Verratti has also been linked with a move to Manchester United as a replacement for the ageing Paul Scholes.
But the player has moved to pour cold water on speculation that he could leave the French capital this summer.
Verratti insisted that he has already made his decision and that he wants to remain in PSG.
It is thought Verratti is against making a move to a new environment this close to next summer’s World Cup finals tournament in Brazil as he is keen to ensure he remains in the Italian national squad.
