Real Madrid join Suarez chase.
Real Madrid are the latest club to be linked with an interest in Liverpool star Luis Suarez, according to the Daily Mail.
It could be a busy summer at the Bernebeu, with the Spanish giants keen to add several star names to their squad after missing out on the La Liga title to rivals Barcelona.
Tottenham’s Gareth Bale is said to be a main target, but they are also looking for more firepower upfront as they may consider selling strike duo Karim Benzema and Gonzalo Higuain.
Suarez has attracted the attention of many of Europe’s biggest clubs with his performances this season, scoring 30 goals and lighting up the Premier League with his skillful attacking play.
Bayern Munich and Barcelona have also been watching the Uruguayan forward, though Barca’s interest may cool with the imminent signing of Neymar expected to be completed.
Atletico Madrid may also have money to spend this summer with the inevitable sale of Radamel Falcao, and they may also consider a bid for Suarez as a replacement for the Colombian hit man.
Liverpool have insisted that Suarez will not be sold, but manager Brendan Rodgers recently hinted that every player has his price.
