Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben has dismissed talk of a summer departure from the German giants, according to Sky Sports.

The Dutchman scored the winner in the Champions League final for Bayern against Borussia Dortmund, but has not always been a first-team regular at the Allianz Arena this season.

With Bayern set to appoint former Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola as their new manager next season, there has been talk of a number of players being sold as the Spaniard looks to put his own stamp on Juup Heynckes’ all-conquering team.

Robben, who spent three successful years in England with Chelsea, has found himself being linked with both Manchester City and Liverpool, but he insists he is perfectly happy and has no plans to leave the Bundesliga champions.

“It is football, nothing is a certainty. This is a profession where anything can happen,” Robben said.

“I want to avoid any speculation, though. I am feeling very well here and I have a contract until 2015. Leaving Bayern is not an option for me at this point.

“There is absolutely no reason to leave, so I intend to stay put.”

The former Real Madrid and PSV star has found some of the best form of his career with Bayern Munich, scoring 68 goals in 121 appearances for the club, though he will face increased competition for places next year with the arrival of Borussia Dortmund star Mario Goetze.
