Moroccan Winger targeted by English sides.
Galatasaray winger Nordin Amrabat has emerged as a target for a number of unnamed Premier League sides this summer, according to Sky Sports.
The 26-year-old arrived at the Turkish giants in a £7 million deal last summer from Kayserispor but new rules imposed by the Turkish FA over the number of how many foreign players a side can have may mean that the Moroccan international could become available.
He impressed earlier this season with a string of impressive displays in the Champions League against Chelsea and Manchester United and the incoming changes to the rules have lead to interest from the Premier League and the player himself has confessed that a switch to England appeals to him greatly.
And his agent, Barry Thomas, has confirmed that England could be a possible destination, though his future remains in the hands of Galatasaray.
“We’re aware of the interest from the Premier League,” Thomas told Sky Sports.
“But he’s contracted to Galatasaray and although tighter restrictions on foreign players in the Turkish league mean he could be available, his future very much depends on Galatasaray.”
Amrabat made a name for himself the the Eredivise with VVV Venlo and then PSV Eindhoven and this season saw him bag one goal in 40 appearances for Galatasaray.
