Tottenham midfielder Gareth Bale has claimed that he will never play for Spurs again according to The Sun.

The winger is currently on international duty with Wales although he is thought to be unlikely to feature in the team’s upcoming games as a result of injury.

That has not stopped there being plenty of attention on the young star, with all eyes on whether Bale will look to force through a move to Spanish club Real Madrid.

Tottenham have rejected a previous offer from Real, thought to be in the region of £81 million.

That is said to have angered Bale, who believes he has been promised that Tottenham will consider outstanding offers for his signature.

Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is a notoriously tough negotiator though and will look to get the best possible deal out of Real if he is to allow Bale to leave.

Currently, Spurs are continuing to insist that Bale is going nowhere, but it now appears that the Welsh star has no intention of playing for the club again.

It remains to be seen whether Bale will be willing to hand in a transfer request in order to force through a move to the Spanish capital.
