Gareth Bale is unhappy at Spurs manager Andre Villas Boas after the Portuguese coach claimed that the winger wasn’t talking to any of the players or staff at the club, the Daily Mirror reports.

Villas-Boas made the claims on Thursday saying:“Nobody knows his mental state because he doesn’t speak.

“The only thing that we are able to see, or you are able to see, is the  player arriving in and out of the training ground.”

Bale feels that he is keeping everyone at Tottenham well informed about the current situation regarding his future, with the Welshman speaking to AVB on a daily basis.

The winger is desperate to move to Spanish giants Real Madrid, who tabled an £86.3 million offer for Bale last month and will give the player wages that are on a par with some of the clubs biggest stars.

Bale could sign a 5 year contract worth £150,000 a week if he moves to the Bernabeu, similar wages to other Madrid superstars such as Cristano Ronaldo and Iker Casillas.

Madrid’s willingness to give him wages that are on a par with some of the clubs biggest superstars is one of the main reasons why Bale is so keen to move to the Santiago Bernabeu.

However, a deal appears to be no closer to being concluded, with Spurs demanding Madrid pay around £100 million for the winger.
