Mercurial attacker has his heart set on joining los Blancos at the turn of the year.
Controversial Liverpool front man Luis Suarez has no intention whatsoever of signing a new contract with the club, with the Uruguayan instead still seeking to leave Anfield as early as when the transfer window reopens for business in January, according to reports in the Mail on Sunday.
The coveted striker has been the subject of intense speculation all summer long regarding his future with the Reds, however, despite Premier League rivals Arsenal lodging two bids to the Merseyside giants for Suarez, the player was forced to remain with the club after each was rejected by the Fenway Sports Group.
But it was the American’s alleged failure to stick to a previous promise to allow Suarez to leave Liverpool this summer for any rival club competing in this season’s UEFA Champions League that has reportedly infuriated the Uruguay international, so much so that the player will again seek to force through a move from Anfield at the turn of the year.
Suarez has his heart set on joining Spanish outfit Real Madrid and with the forward not competing in any European competitions with Liverpool this season, it makes the 26-year-old an even more attractive proposition to buy in the January window.
