Both Terry and Lampard are coming to the end of their respective deals this summer and as of yet there have been no discussions over an extension.
They have been widely tipped to call time on their careers at Stamford Bridge along with fellow England international Ashley Cole and replacements are sorely needed.
And Mourinho has reportedly already found replacements for the two of them and will raid his former club to land midfielder Sami Khedira and centre-back Raphael Varane.
Mourinho was the man to bring Khedira to the Spanish capital back in 2010 and also played a major role in helping Varane develop into one of the games most exciting young talents.
Madird are keen on holding on to Varane as they see him as the long term replacement for Sergio Ramos, but Mourinho’s pre-existing relationship with the French international could be enough to force through a move.
Khedira also enjoyed a good working relationship with the Special One and will look to make a move himself after enduring a turbulent season with the club.
