Gunners plot summer move for former legend.
Arsenal are believed to be working on an astonishing deal to bring their former striker Robin Van Persie back to the club at the end of the campaign, according to the Metro.

The Dutch international is reportedly fed up with the new regime at Old Trafford and has already grown disillusioned with life at the club as their season struggles to get out of second gear.
He has also told close friends and family that he would be willing to make an exit in the summer, which coincides with reports from his native Holland that Arsene Wenger wants him back at the club just two years after allowing him to leave.
It’s already been claimed that Wenger has met with the Dutchman’s agents to gauge whether he would want to return to north London, and the Frenchman is now trying to put together a suitable package with the Arsenal board to lure him back to the club.
The Gunners think that they could bring him back for significantly less than the £24m fee they let him go for, and think that he may accept a pay cut on his massive £200,000 per week wages too.
