The Argentine midfielder has struggled to get a regular spot in the starting XI at the Parc des Princes this season and has been heavily linked with a switch to Anfield when the transfer window re-opens in July.
However, the player’s agent, Marco Simonian, has insisted that the 24-year-old, who found the net against Chelsea on Wednesday night, is happy with life in the French capital and is not looking to leave anytime soon.
“He feels good with his team-mates and the staff and works every day to keep playing for PSG. He thinks only of PSG, and I can assure you that this is the truth,” Simonian told Le Parisien.
Pastore has made just 12 league starts this season and was tipped to quit the Ligue 1 side in January, but a move failed to materialise.
It is a far cry from his first two seasons with the Ligue 1 big spenders, where he made 47 and 43 appearances across all competitions respectively.
