Atletico Madrid will be sweating over the fitness of star men Diego Costa and Arda Turan, who were both injured during the final day of the season against Barcelona. Both will undergo late fitness tests.
“They trained better yesterday but we will see how they both train here and how they feel. We will decide on what we see,” said coach Diego Simeone.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti fully expects star man Cristiano Ronaldo to shake off the hamstring injury which has threatened to keep him out of not only the final, but the World Cup too.
Pepe and Karim Benzema have also been classed as doubts, but are likely to shake off minor knocks.
