Reds duo, Gunners midfielder and Manchester United frontman get excited as England prepare to jet off.
Daniel Sturridge, Danny Welbeck, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Raheem Sterling looked in good spirits as Roy Hodgson’s England squad began their journey from London to Miami on Sunday afternoon.
Before travelling to Brazil for the World Cup, the Three Lions will spend a week training in the USA and will also play two friendlies in the States – against Ecuador and Honduras.
Liverpool striker Sturridge and Arsenal midfielder Oxlade-Chamberlain both shared photos of the quartet smiling for the camera as they made their way to the airport.
Sturridge’s Instagram upload was accompanied by the message: “Headed to MIA right now with the boys. Suited and booted and good to go!! Big week of training ahead but will be a good vibe. #MIABound #England #worldcup2014”
Meanwhile, the Ox wrote: “Next stop Miami.”
