Stamford Bridge side ready to clear the way for Nou Camp star’s arrival.
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is ready to accept a £25m Real Madrid offer for midfielder Ramires as he looks to complete a move to bring in Barcelona star Cesc Fabregas according to the Metro.
Bernabeu manager Carlo Ancelotti is keen to reunite with Ramires, having signed the Brazilian in 2010 whilst in charge of the Blues, and it’s a move that may be sanctioned by Mourinho.

The Portuguese manager has adopted a sensible approach to his squad re-building, looking to balance the books by selling players to help fund moves for new additions and rather than stockpiling players the west London side will loo to make room for Spanish international Fabregas.
Ramires has been a virtual ever present over the course of the past four seasons, making 196 appearances and helping Chelsea to Champions League and Europa League triumphs, but a move to Real Madrid might tempt the 27 year old.
In January Mourinho used funds accrued from the sales of Juan Mata and Kevin de Bruyne to cover the outlay required to sign Kurt Zouma, Mohamed Salah and Nemanja Matic and Chelsea have already banked close to £50m from the sale of David Luiz to PSG.
Cesc Fabregas appears set to leave Barcelona and has been strongly linked with a move to Chelsea after Arsenal opted to not take up their first option to re-sign the World Cup winner.
