The Gunners have only recently signed Mathieu Debuchy from Newcastle United, and the news, which Bouhafsi revealed on Twitter, could spell the end of Carl Jenkinson’s time at the club.

However, he alludes to the deal blocking the player’s move to French side Marseille, which is likely how he came to learn of the story, and he also suggests that Liverpool are looking to speak to the player too.
The Reds are said to be in the market for a new right-back as fears continue to grow around the fitness and form of current first choice Glen Johnson.
Manquillo has only recently emerged from Atletico Madrid’s B team, where he has been earning a number of plaudits for his mature and assured performances – and he has been rewarded for those showings with six appearances in the first team on their way to winning the La Liga title.
