Former Blues boss Carlo Ancelotti is looking to bring in a striker signing this summer and should his efforts to land AS Monaco star Radamel Falcao fail then he will turn to 21 year old Belgian Lukaku.
The Stamford Bridge forward has spent the last two seasons out on loan and may not be part of Jose Mourinho’s first team plan, especially since the signing of Brazilian born Spaniard Diego Costa, and it’s a move that would surely tempt Lukaku.
Lukaku netted 17 goals during his loan spell at West Brom in 2012/13 scored 15 goals for Everton last term and has more than proven his Premier League credentials though is seemingly not a player Jose Mourinho rates all that highly, though he may not wish to do business with his former Bernabeu employers.
Real Madrid could well do with further reinforcements up front with Alvaro Morata having completed his move to Juventus, with Ancelotti keen to bring in a central striking option to challenge Karim Benzema for his starting berth.
