Carlos Saucedo scored both goals in Bolivia’s 2-2 draw with Chile last night, then trolled his opponent’s government.
Tensions between the two South American countries have been tense for more than a century. In the War of the Pacific between 1879 and 1883 Bolivia lost a strip of land in the Atacama Desert to their neighbours, and the country has been landlocked ever since.
