Argentine hot-shot will cost mammoth fee.
Manchester City have warned Real Madrid that it will take a mammoth fee to persuade them to sell Sergio Aguero anytime soon, according to the Daily Express.
The Argentine hot-shot has been in tremendous form this season, and is currently the joint-top scorer in the Premier League after scoring an incredible four goals in the win over Tottenham Hotspur this weekend.
Real have been linked with Aguero several times in the past, and it may be that the Spanish giants will now revive their interest in the player as speculation grows that they could sell Karim Benzema to Liverpool.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side are keen to strengthen in attack after losing Angel Di Maria to Manchester United this summer and could match the world-record fee they paid to sign Gareth Bale from Tottenham last season.
City hope this asking price will put clubs off, but Real are known for paying whatever it takes to land their top targets, and Aguero would certainly fit into the Galactico category at the Bernabeu.
