The young wing-back is a top target for Arsene Wenger.
The Daily Mail claim that Arsenal are looking to bid for Batuhan Yayikci – a player apparently known as the “Turkish Gareth Bale”.
The North London club have apparently been scouting the 18-year-old for several months, and are interested in bidding £1m to bring him to the Emirates Stadium
The youngster plays for Fenerbahce, and is highly rated in his homeland, where he has been compared to Welsh wing wizard Bale.

According to the Mail, Yayikci is a turbo-speed left sided player, currently a left-back – much like Real Madrid’s ace as a youngster. Like Bale, he may move forward as his career progresses.
Information on Yayikci is scarce, but that clearly hasn’t stopped the Gunners’ legendary scouting network from picking up on the Turkish talent.
The teenager can only hope that his career follows the explosive curve that Bale’s did.
Following a tricky start at Tottenham Hotspur, the superstar fought his way into the team and was soon their key player. Nobody who saw the 25-year-old’s breakthrough game at the San Siro will ever forget it.
Before long the attacker had got his dream move to Madrid for a massive sum estimated to be around £85.3m. Arsenal will hope that this young prospect comes a little cheaper.
