Search for Simon Mignolet replacement continues
The search for a replacement for shaky Belgian stopper Mignolet has now turned to Spain, according to the Metro.
Guillermo Ochoa only joined Malaga in the summer, but has been stuck on the bench since, and the Reds are happy to pay the £5m the Spaniards want for the keeper.
Whether the Mexican will make his way to the Premier League remains to be seen, but what seems certain is that the Merseyside outfit will sign competition for their current keeper by the end of January.
