United are still interested in Borussia Dortmund captain Mats Hummels
The 13-time Premier League champions are interesting in signing Hummels, but don’t think and discussions will be possible until next summer, according to the Daily Mail.
Executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward has made it clear the club will not be signing short-term fixes in the January transfer window and it seems they are prepared to wait for the Germany international.
Hummels is considered to be among the best central defenders in world football and will have a price-tag to match that assessment.
