The Italian has found his first-team opportunities limited this term under new boss Massimiliano Allegri, starting just two matches in all competitions.
With his contract expiring at the end of the current campaign, his agent, Andrea D’Amico, has admitted that the diminutive forward will be on the lookout for a new club in January.
And he could be on his way to the Premier League as Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea have all been rumoured to be showing an interest in his services.
“When he has played as a starter he always did really well, likewise in the national team, but then he went back to the bench at Juventus,” D’Amico said.
“What more can you ask of a player that brings together experience, technique, class and creativity?
“The final word comes down to Allegri, but it’s only normal that when a player has these qualities and sees himself rewarded in such small measure, he will feel angry within himself about his position.
“In any case his contract expires in 2015 and from the beginning of January he’ll be free to evaluate other options for his future.”
