Blues target two in upcoming transfer window.
Chelsea are set to boost their Premier League title hopes next month with a double move for Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquets and HNK Reijka striker Andrej Kramaric.
The Blues are said to be leading a three-way race ahead of Manchester United and Arsenal for the Spanish international’s signature, as they also look to get in there before he can agree a new deal with current side Barcelona, the Daily Express reports.
Boss Jose Mourinho is said to be keen on relieving the pressure on midfield duo Cesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic, and has identified the World Cup winner as the ideal target.
Busquets is said to be exploring all potential options after losing confidence in Luis Enrique’s vision for the club, and major teams including PSG and Bayern Munich are also interested in acquiring his services.
However, should he opt for a move to Chelsea he will likely set the Blues back around £25m.
