As speculation surrounding the Welshman’s future continues to grow as reports of Madrid’s move for Borussia Dortmund star Marco Reus gathers steam, it has been claimed that Blues boss Jose Mourinho has put a sneaky offer in to lure him back to the Premier League.

Francois Gallardo told reporters that the Blues have submitted a €130m bid for the Welsh wizard, however that offer had been rejected.

The offer was said to have been made over the course of the last week, though it apparently fell of deaf ears as the current European champions told the Blues that they do not want to sell him.

Below, and presented in somewhat overly dramatic fashion, is the video footage of Monday night’s show, in which the bid was discussed.
