According to various recent reports, the Gunners could be eyeing up some exciting moves upfront and in attacking midfield, with two young French players comparible with the playing styles of these two club legends.
Henry and Pires were known for their telepathic understanding and deadly combination play when they shone together for Arsene Wenger earlier in his Arsenal career, and the Gunners boss may now try to recreate that combination as he eyes two attacking players from the same club.

Also a target for Premier League rivals Liverpool, Lyon striker Alexandre Lacaztte is a similar type of striker to Henry due to his superb pace and goal-getting ability, plus his tendency to drift wide to help spark some creativity to his side’s game. The 23-year-old has admitted he would be interested in playing in England, putting Arsenal on alert as he could move for around £15m this winter.
