The Argentines know a win is absolutely vital to keep their Copa Libertadores hopes alive – if they lose this game and Club Universitario beat Mineros de Guayana in the other Group 3 game, their tournament would be over.
A win would move them onto seven points and just behind their opponents Cruzeiro who have eight points. It would mean that the reigning Brazilian champions could yet be dumped out in the group stage.
Cruzeiro face the Bolivian side Club Universitario in their final game, while Huracan travel to the group’s weakest side Mineros de Guayana.
