He’s enjoyed a wonderful goal to game record in both Portugal and Russia, with 17 in all competitions so far this season. The Brazilian international enjoys being the main man, so there are question marks over whether he’d make it at a top English club, but we’d love to see it.
9) Miralem Pjanic (AS Roma)
The playmaker has played a decisive role in the Italian side’s domestic success over the last couple of years. A number of Premier League sides appear to be chasing a suitable midfield linchpin; particularly Liverpool, who are about to lose Steven Gerrard, so he could be a top candidate.
