The game is the last chance for boss Miguel Herrera to prepare his men for the Gold Cup. Mexico play Cuba in their opener next Thursday.

After starting with an experimental 5-2-3 against Costa Rica last weekend which saw them trailing 2-0 at half time, Herrera has opted to start this week with a more traditional 4-4-2. It is the same formation that Mexico switched to at half time against Los Ticos that eventually saw them draw the game 2-2.

It means Ochoa keeps his place in goal, while the back four will consist of Paul Aguilar, Francisco Rodríguez, Diego Reyes, and Miguel Layún. The midfield will see José Juan Vázquez, Héctor Herrera, Carlos Esquivel, and Andrés Guardado play in a bank of four, and Javier Hernández will partner Carlos Vela in attack.

Kickoff is at 9:30 pm EDT / 2:30 am BST.
