20) Edin Dzeko
With one of the best goals-per-games ratio of any recent Premier League striker, Edin Dzeko didn’t win over everyone, but more than played his part in two title wins for Manchester City.
19) Cesar Azpilicueta
A real find by Chelsea, Cesar Azpilicueta took a little time to get going before establishing himself as a world class full-back on either side.
18) Pedro
Already looking like becoming one of the Premier League’s most dangerous wingers, Pedro is a huge signing by Chelsea from Barcelona this summer.
17) Nemanja Matic
Superb in his second spell with Chelsea, Nemanja Matic shone with Benfica before earning his chance to shine at Stamford Bridge.
16) Hugo Lloris
One of the best goalkeepers in Europe, Tottenham signed Hugo Lloris in 2012 ahead of other big clubs and he has been a great servant.
