Real Madrid to cash in on Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema with Hazard and Lewandowski lined up as replacements

Real Madrid could be set to embark on a massive shake up next summer that could see both Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema move on, according to the Daily Mirror.

And charismatic Madrid president Florentino Perez is keen to replace them with Chelsea’s Eden Hazard and Bayern Munich hot shot Robert Lewandowski.

The Mirror claims that Manchester United will make a move for Ronaldo before Paris Saint Germain are able to get their bid off the ground.

Real are also still keen on snapping up goalkeeper David de Gea, after narrowly missing out on his signature on transfer deadline day. Terms had reportedly been agreed on a £22million deal, only for the paperwork to fall through at the last minute.

“I felt in that moment that to extend my contract was the best thing to do,” said De Gea shortly after signing a four-year contract extension in September.
