He may have only been a manager for just over a week now, but he’s already sounding like a grizzled old pro at his morning press conferences.
Speaking ahead of this weekend’s game, the Valencia coach was obviously asked on his transfer plans ahead of the January transfer window, but as his answer would suggest that he’s not planning on bringing anybody on board in the new year.
Why? Well it seems that he HATES the transfer window, and would rather put the emphasis on bringing young players through the academy system.
