Although Liverpool now find themselves one winger short following an injury to Philippe Coutinho, the Reds are planning to let loaned-out winger Lazar Markovic pursue another team as long as they receive a satisfying transfer offer.

According to the Metro, Liverpool have placed a price tag of £7.3 million on the 21-year-old winger who is currently on loan to Turkish giants Fenerbahce.

Markovic joined Liverpool last season on a huge transfer out of Benfica, but he struggled to live up to his price tag, scoring three goals in 31 appearances for the Reds in all competitions.

Prior to his big move to Anfield, Markovic was named to the UEFA Europa League Squad of the Season for his performance for Benfica in the 2013-14 tournament. He was named SJPF Player of the Month in January 2014 and February 2014 en route to a Primeira Liga title, Taca de Portugal title, Taca de Liga title and a runner-up finish in the Europa League.
