Southampton beat Burnley 3-1 at the St Mary’s stadium thanks to a brace from Charlie Austin and a goal from Nathan Redmond.
Austin scored the opening goal for the Saints on 52 minutes and his sides final goal from the penalty spot to secure all three points.

Austin now has seven goals and one assists in all competitions for the Saints this season. The 27-year-old striker has now scored more goals in all competitions than the entire Burnley side combined in league this season (6).
