Torino want to make Joe Hart’s loan move permanent amid interest from two Premier League heavyweights, report The Sun.

Hart was a cornerstone in Manchester City’s side throughout the most successful period in the club’s history. He established himself as one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League and the number one pick between the sticks for the England national team.

However, upon Pep Guardiola’s arrival at the Etihad in the summer, it became clear that Hart’s City career was coming to an end. The Spaniard drafted in Claudio Bravo from former club Barcelona, who immediately was given a starting role. Hart subsequently left on loan to Torino, where he has been performing well.

According to The Sun, his good form has left the Serie A side eager to make the move permanent. They note that both Liverpool and Arsenal are in the race to sign the England international.
