Cristiano Ronaldo will help to secure David De Gea a move to Real Madrid from Man United with the Portuguese star plotting with super-agent Jorge Mendes to raid Old Trafford.
What can’t this man do? Ronaldo last summer showed he can manage as-well as play during Portugal’s European Championship after devoting himself to screaming from the touchlines due to an injury preventing him from playing in the final. And now, he’s decided he wants to try being an agent as he enters the negotiation process in Real’s pursuit of David De Gea.
It is probably the worst kept secret in world football that the Spanish number one has been a long-term target of Madrid and Ronaldo is looking to help Jorge Mendes (who represents both De Gea and Cristiano) in bringing United’s ‘keeper to the Bernabéu.
The report comes from the Spanish outlet Don Balon who claim that despite Zinedine Zidane publicly supporting current Madrid number one Keylor Navas, Ronaldo has other ideas.
The Spanish report goes on to suggest that United’s talisman ‘keeper is keen to finally secure his much-awaited move to the Bernabéu and will rely heavily on Madrid’s number seven to work alongside Real president Florentino Pérez to secure a deal.
One thing that is for sure is that United fans won’t be too happy with their former star Ronaldo as he looks to take away Old Trafford’s prized possession.
