Bayern Munich are prepared to bid €90M to take World Cup runner-up Luka Modric off the hands of Real Madrid this summer.

The Croatian was absolutely superb for his country this summer at the World Cup, with the midfielder picking up the Golden Ball award for the tournament.

And now it seems as if Bayern are keen on ready to pay €90M to bring the player to the Allianz Arena this summer, according to Don Balon, with it also being noted that Los Blancos are very keen on keeping the player in the Spanish capital.

Bayern are willing to break the bank to bring Modric to the Bundesliga this summer

Modric has been an absolutely pivotal part of Real’s side these last few seasons, with his partnership with Toni Kroos being one of the main reasons why the club have managed to win three Champions Leagues in a row.

The former Spurs star showed everyone that, even at the age of 32, he is still able to cut it with the very best in the world, with his displays helping Croatia reach the World Cup final this summer.

Despite the player and his side losing to France 4-2 in the final, Modric will still be able to keep his head held high following his performances in Russia.

If Bayern do come in with a €90M bid for the player, it would be stupid for Los Blancos to turn it down considering the player is reaching the twilight years of his career.
