Sergio Aguero breaks Manchester United legend’s record with memorable final PL appearance for Man City

Manchester City legend Sergio Aguero has gone out on a real high this afternoon with two goals in his final Premier League appearance.

The Argentine is set to become a free agent at the end of the season and will no doubt go down as one of the all-time greats of English football after a stunning career with Man City.

Aguero was already guaranteed his place in the history books, but he’s just secured another record by overtaking Manchester United great Wayne Rooney by becoming the player with the most goals for one club.

This is some achievement by Aguero, who came off the bench to score twice against Everton this afternoon.

Man Utd fans won’t be too pleased to see Rooney lose his record, with the former Red Devils captain another modern great who was a joy to watch at his peak.
