4) Mario Balotelli – Italy
The maverick forward put England to the sword in the World Cup opener, and if reports are to be believed, Arsene Wenger has already met Balotelli’s agent to discuss a £25m transfer from AC Milan. The 23-year-old would provide Arsenal with firepower, and at his best, a truly world-class attacker. Whether he can temper his raw on-pitch emotion, which makes him a target for the opposition, is another matter.
