The 33-year-old has been in the headlines recently for his heroics while on international duty.
O’Shea scored a dramatic late equaliser for the Republic of Ireland in the 1-1 draw against Germany on Tuesday, meaning his country are three points clear of the World Cup winners after three games of Euro 2016 qualifying.
